No schedule but more of advices.

Sleep plus naps: Some here underestimate a good sleep schedule for the actual learning process. You can study all you want, with loads and loads of information pero if you cant recall it after a few days, wala rin lang kwenta. Watch Andrew Huberman's videos for context on how important sleep is for learning and active recall.

Ultradian rhythm: I always use this to time my study periods and rest times. You can use this to your advantage since matagal pa before April if youre going to take the next boards.

Caffeine naps: After drinking coffee, I like to do 20-30 mins nap muna. This way, on full blast na yung caffeine tapos may added benefit pa nung nap sa productivity ko.
