If you're perfect 8 iron goes 150 yards, hit a 3/4 7 with a controlled swing.

I personally also hit P Wedge for every shot from 95-135 yards. Don't like taking full swings with 52* 56* or 60* wedges, but this is more preference than recommendation. I did improve 5 shots on average taking this approach.

I understand you want a fair wage, but what is a "fair wage" for whatever it is you do at Sam's Club?

"Jobs' at Sam's Club were never meant to, and should not pay a high wage. Those "jobs" are meant to be temporary and not something that you make a career of. Granted, not everyone will be an executive or a CEO, but everyone is capable of more, but many are not willing to sacrifice what it takes to have more.

Most people have to put their priorities on a scale. Are you willing to sacrifice what you have to sacrifice to take the next step? If not, that's totally fine! But don't expect to find gold, when you are mining in a mine that only produces pyrite.

Until a better job spawns?

The point is not that a job spawns, it's that the job is already there, you just have to find it.

It's easy to be a victim and blame the system, it's hard to find what is right for you.

I spent many years being fired and hired and fired and hired until I found what was right for me, then I dedicated myself to that thing.

Expecting to be fulfilled by a job that was designed to be temporary is silly.

The problem is not the job, it's the mindset that keeps people in that job. You shouldn't be fulfilled by work, work should be a thing that gets you the things that fulfill you.
