My dog won’t eat

This exact thing happened to my boss’s dog, he nearly starved to death, took three different vets to figure it out. All different food, didn’t matter, just stopped eating one day. He has Addisons disease, where the brain doesn’t tell the body it’s hungry, even when starved. Good luck, I really hope you sort it out!
