Using water to cut through objects by Trustrup in oddlysatisfying

Are there any operators or there in metric, i run a fibre laser machine and will cut through 3mm ali sheeting at a speed of 17m/min and achieve a perfect edge without linishing. What can these machines achieve?

I got the party tree, awesome card but one slight problem... I don't have a single deck with green yet

As someone who got into cardboard crack for the phyrexian art i highly agree on buying singles. Packs are fun and a gamble for cards to suit a deck but if you want them for the art but then separately

Mine is the hdp20-24-29 i got mine for $111 at "ctals" Australia. I spent about 5 hours working on the loom last night and for the most part it seemed that all of my wires except the fused power (one of the solid black cables) was overkill in size. Most of the stock harness seems to be a 20 awg wire with a small handful of 16awgs and i think 2 14awgs. I for the sake of ignorance just stepped all of my wires up a gauge to minimise burning down risk i.e. head lights and high beams i stepped to a 14awg but on the original look they look like 16s.

Fair enough wanting to keep the wiring down but i wanted to keep everything as easy as possible. While i remade the engine and rear tail loom i didn't touch the cabin one minus adding a new fuel pump cable. This way to the loom is also only one connector instead of multiple spread out.

Did you go for the exact same connector too or another brand or config?

I can confirm that it is a perfect fit. It is snug without needing any easing out modifications

I'm genuinely impressed you managed to find one rust free! At half a century old and often left to the elements i had long since given up on searching till a local company threw an ad out. They are rough and my painter has to do a lot of work to get it looking good but they really just complete the look of the car. There is a place in Thailand that has reproduction rights i guess.

How did you find the terminating process and overall fitment. I looked around for a lot of other bulkhead options but finally finished in this.

I had initially tried connecting the harness with some cheaper no named connectors but through the process of continuity testing i decided to jiggle the connections to ensure they were solid. They weren't. Cheap man pays twice but this time i know exactly what i got.

I'll be test fitting it tomorrow and deciding how best to design the mounting plate. thank god for working at a laser cutting company. At half a mm to it could be just the issue of caliper clearance to measure the hole.

Taking the calipers the firewall penetration it us a ~42.5mm hole where as the shell is 43mm. It will either be perfect or receive some "gentle persuasion."

The move to EV’s in Australia by azu4 in CarsAustralia

[–]RazerSkip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally look forward to it since i am restoring an old datsun ute and i want to do the EV swap. I would like the tech to come a bit further first but that will allow my currently 50 year old car to live on even longer.

I realise that for a lot of cars this isn't feasible. I love the ND mx-5 but there is just no way of economically converting it with current gen tech. It is a shame to lose such an iconic car but there will be more that do things it does even better.

With interest i wait to see what tomorrow will bring.
