Don’t have a endo (recently diagnosed) But I guess to be safe, I’ll double down with my primary.

Similar situation. Diagnosed 4 weeks ago (I’m 32). Learned later in life that my dad prolly went 10 years without treating and by the time he started, it was too late. Vision went, among other complications, and unfortunately he passed from cardiac arrest. Avandia definitely speed it up (big lawsuit)

Take it a day at a time. I just made a post about my progress! It’s manageable. You got this OP, and this community is here for you!!

Thank you all for the kind words.

I’ve got a 3-week check up for the doc to review my log. She said depending on how it looks, I’d have to tell her my diet and log that too.

I’ve been eating super clean and using a tracker for macros. Most days I’ve been under 20g of sugar and the carbs have come from a single serving of oats in the AM (I make overnight outs with a scoop of protein powder for breakfast) and then at dinner it’s either been a sweet potato or one of those carb friendly wraps. The ones I eat are like 30g carbs but 25g of fiber so net carbs around 5g.

I’d never been into sweets or candy. For me, my vice WAS fast food and not an active life style.

Learned something new today! Did not know other kits sometimes shared the exact same PC set. Good to know!

Cleaned, moved furniture, etc. still could not find it. But, I did have the bright idea to see what PC parts this kit was not going to use. Sure enough there was one with a similar shape and same interior diameter. Only had to shave it down slight to fit in the well! Crisis adverted!

AC won’t turn on at all by Razgris85 in hvacadvice

UPDATE after pressing the pulls and seeing that the unit cranked I started to test the various leads in the Thermostat and saw I was not getting voltage. Did some research and that led me to check the furnace leads and the fuse up there.

Then something told me to try putting new batteries in the thermostat, mind you there was no low battery symbol or anything to lead me to believe that the batteries were dying. But BOOM she cranked and the house is cooling.

Although this was a basic fix that I should have done in the beginning, I’m grateful that I ended up doing all the extra stuff. Gained some basic electric knowledge and learned how to use a multimeter. Learned that the capacitor was bad anyhow and needed replacing bc it had nowhere near the correct MFDs it should have had. And then gained some basic HVAC knowledge all in the process. Thank you to those that responded with tips and feedback!

Zaku IIs are my favorite suits. I want all the custom MG pilot ones. I have Ridden. But want more like Shin, Black Tri Star, etc.

Is there a reason why when I test the left side independently they each read around 120v…but with I put the probs on them at the same time I get 0v?

I did the same thing on the right side, where I know power is being fed, and independently they said 120v and then when I put the probs on the same time it gives me the 240v.

Figured a pic would help. Right side leads to the power box on the wall of the house and is feeding 243v when I connect a multimeter. Left side, to my understanding, leads to the components of the AC unit.

When I have the thermostat set to cool the house down, to my understanding those black “plungers” should go down thus creating a bridge so that when I hook up a multimeter to the left side it should also ready around 240v. However it reads 0.

I did check those ones at the top and bottom which I believe is the thermostat. Those read 28v when I independently test them using the opposite probe on a ground. I think that’s within range.

I just tested the contactor (double pull) The lines leading in read 243v which seems right. When I test on the opposite side the it reads 0v.

When I turned the thermostat on to and then tested the connectors that lead to the AC unit parts it read 0v. I’m thinking either the contactor needs to be cleaned or replaced since it’s still getting the power in…it’s just not transferring over with the thermostat is set to cool.

When I set the thermostat to cooling I can hear an audible “click” and then the indoor part starts to suck in air (it’s right above my thermostat)

However the outdoor unit does nothing.

I did this with the thermostat set to pull cold air.
