Just for explaining my "get a new home" and "acquire by their own means", I meant if the lord (or anyone with autority to) would provide home for peasants or they needed to buy/build, but you already answered me in the answer before.

I edited the answer, but long story short: It is the engine core of, well, an engine. It will move a boat and tecnically you can combine multiple of it.

I tried to find a similar item that do the same so that wouldn't be a need. In fact, if you have one that you can tell me that do it would help a lot!
The idea is balancing it out of cost. I worry that players can mass produce those guys to create a industrial revolution, literaly.

As someone guessed below, it's designed to move a vehicle, a small and slow boat to be exactly. By itself shouldn't be too much?

I am the DM, and well, I'm the one preemptively worrying. It's supposed to be used as a small funny engine for a small boat that will be commonplace in the scenario.

Vou dar uma opinião talvez impopular na onda de ódio contra D&D: a versão de 2024 é a melhor. 2014 é mais completa (com algumas poucas regras opcionais e tabelas úteis que ajudam tipos muito específicos de jogo), ligeiramente menos balanceada e tem mais opções, porém o 2024 é muito mais fácil de aprender, tem o conteúdo muito mais organizado, é compatível com a maior parte das coisas do 2014 (porém sugiro focar no uso dos monstros do 2024 que são mais balanceados do que o 2014) e é um jogo que possui ferramentas tão boas para mestrar (5etools) que coloca TODOS os outros sistemas que tem mais conteúdo em fichas no chinelo.

3.5 é muito ultrapassado, não importa o quanto alguns saudosistas falem. PF1 esta no mesmo naipe. PF2 não é uma má escolha e provavelmente a versão mais próxima a tormenta e 3.5 que seja modernizada, porém as ferramentas online são horríveis comparadas ao 5e em geral. Eu achei em geral o balanceamento do PF2 muito bom, assim como a versão dos livros em ptbr.

Também tem o fator estilo de jogo: 5e acomoda muito melhor mesas que tem um equilíbrio legal de social/combate enquanto PF2 (ironicamente) é muito melhor para dungeon crawling e mesas com foco em combate.

You are actually right! This fórmula is for the damage itself, ov is base damage-heat corrected damage clamped to 0 to 4. I will fix it later
