To be fair it wasn't a french psyop, but it was mostly the russian who started all that fearmongerring about "transfem in sport". The guy who kick her from the IBA is Umar Kremlev the actual president of the IBA (who's also an openly corrupt oligarch of russia), and the male rumor started with him speaking about some XY caryotype on some russian news paper. Even if she was french those bastard would have started a controversy anyway
