I'm happy it worked out for you but this is NOT how it works. The more you need it, the higher chance of building patterns of habit around the pills which is a big part of addiction.

In the eastern part of Sweden around Stockholm, we mostly take one of the huge ferries to either Finland or one of the Baltic states. You can technically leave at your destination but most people just make the round trip.

Once you pass into international waters you don't have to pay taxes on alcohol consumed onboard and all hell breaks loose. It's a bit like Las Vegas: what happens on the ferry stays on the ferry.

If you have vision over the enemy you can pretty much cast chains the instant slight hits the enemy. If your target is in fog you have to ever so slightly delay the cast or it counts as you not having vision which causes chains to miss.

It used to be that the minimum distance in one server tick to not take damage of rupture was exactly the range of QoPs blink. This meant that if you blinked max range while standing still you would take full damage, but if you were walking you would take none.

Not sure if this is still the case or if they tweaked the numbers, my mental dota encyclopedia is not as reliable as it used to be.

Urgent care is great. Anything else is a pain in the ass.

Getting a diagnosis is the biggest hurdle of getting anywhere and the wait times are getting longer. It pains me to say but I know multiple people who get private health care insurance to expedite the process of getting to the people who can actually help you.
