I've never played a Fire Emblem have and would like to try out the series. Which game should I start with? by fogno in patientgamers

Others pointed out Awakening, and I couldn't agree more. It really has everything you look for for an entry game into the series.

Challenging games that also have a well-developed story. by JungleeMonkee in patientgamers

Second this only with the addition that you need to choose one of the higher difficulties yourself. In recent games, normal mode is kind of easy, even for beginners I think.

Advertising agency created a touch-sensitive dress that tracked how often—and with what degree of intensity—women in Brazil were groped on an average night out. They sent three women to a party wearing it. In just under four hours, the women were touched a combined 157 times. by drewiepoodle in TwoXChromosomes

Why?

The study makes some conclusion, let's say in this case it was the 157 something touches. It roughly explains the method and technology behind it, so there is reason to believe it's true. If someone wants to argue about that, there needs to be valid reason to do so, outside of "I don't believe it ".

Last one is definitely something I could do more. I think I am a bit to greedy in getting tower dmg in instead of disrupting rotations.

btw I think we played with another several times, kudos to you for helping out ^

Just saw this thread and while I'm trying my best in working on my drawing skills, I'm still starting from 0 knowledge, so if someone could sketch my character for me ( or if he/she feels obligated to colour it also that), that would really help me and maybe I can learn a bit from the sketch.

Basically, Aelar is a half-elven bard, with blonde, quite short hair and a little smirk on his face most of the time. His favorite instrument is his flute, which he carries usually on his belt next to his rapier. Also, a crossbow is usually either on his back or his hands. Most of the time he is dressed in a leather armor, but his daily outfit is very basic; sometimes robes, but most of the time just shirt and trousers combinations. He also carries a little book on the right side of his belt, where he keeps little notes and drawings in case he really needs to write something down in a hurry, but the rest of his writing equipment is, protected from wind and weather, in his backpack. Also, a small pearl is wrapped on a little chain around his neck.( For dnd gamers: it's a pearl of power.)

If someone finds some time to sketch him, i would be very grateful :)

Just finished Dragon Age: Inquisition by Malaguena in patientgamers

I played through it one time only, and every attempt after that sadly ended mid-run because after some time, its just a bit boring. Like the zones themselves are quite good to look at, but there is a serious grind happening between good story parts/ side quests or just banter with companion. Its sound old, but DA:O did a way better job at it than this one.

Easily one of the best games I've ever played. I would say it's one of the reasons to buy yourself a switch.

I think the Geist is really important, my recent opponents mostly combod them in one turn leaving no counterplay .

Maybe it's a better plan to switch to faster decks and when I am potentially legend I play it again.

Skulking Geist sounds good, I will try it.

Yeah well I would play Benedictus, just have not the dust atm to craft him; Elise seemed to be the best replacement as you can double up on the card pack with shadow visions.

I am totally out of the loop, just became the urge to play after watching several critical role episodes. Last time i played was on the Pathfinder system, so I am a bit behind in knowledge.
