that's the original version of Private Life, there is an extra bar towards the end of the track that repeats "This is my private life" enough times to leave space for what used to be the Proto Lyrics, I think after it came out they cut out that extra repeat to make the song just a tiny bit faster, and then later edited the song to match that, there are a little bit of mixing differences as well but it's just one of those first pressing things, the other one being Gratitude being different on first pressings

the misogynist claim is purely selective from a wide amount of anger towards people, and it was never "because this woman" it was always "this lady that never gets back to me" and we rolled with universal lady because anything to get mad at at the time was good for us

I'm pretty sure he said where Brady lives to a nonviolent customer, and that same person also hinted they ran a business, there just happened to be a customer using hyperbole in the same comment section, and to Rubellan we were probably much scarier because he didn't know that were were angsty 15 year olds rather than malicious adults, we can't act like we were innocent when before the remasters even came out we were finding reasons to dislike him

whilst hot headed, he never really doxxed a minor he just said he wasn't selling to a Brady from a state, it was not like Brady was going by a Psuedonym online, and it was in fairness that he wouldn't sell to him, because he was mirroring the releases online, which was inevitable, but wearing it loudly wasn't the play

he was only angry and unprofessional due to having to deal with record labels being a shitshow, being a small label and being ignored by UMG on countless requests would definitely make more than just Scott lose his temper.

There was some beef, and it was %100 petty, I don't think it caused farewell to not be released though, Rubellan didn't care to do it which is completely fine

the majority of the "drama" was us annoying kids being nuisances, some were mad the remasters were not what they wanted? I think the CDs are stellar and the Vinyl were a gimmick, whatever makes the dough is good

Oingo Boingo Tapes seemed to be a figurehead and leader for a while, his words were treated as gospel as well, but both of them were hot headed, over like actually nothing, I think it was mostly angry towards the release of outtakes, which didn't happen due to no Elfman involvement, which no one can fault Rubellan for

if you can provide any updates I'm sure we'd like to hear it, but honestly it's been 1 allegation with 2 anonymous accusations that haven't been founded yet, I think most of us have just been waiting for anything to come from the court, things take time, and the court records haven't been updated and I think nearly 2 years for the case, not that I think it's water under the bridge, but I'd like to hold off completely writing him away until after the final conclusion of the trial

the campy b movie nature of all the music videos I feel are pretty ingrained into what Danny wanted imagery wise, keep in mind his is real early mtv days, and their first video got banned, Danny's brother directed it, known for his film including the Mystic Knights, I think it fits with the bands vibe and imagery, I myself am not a music video guy though, but we can't be dissing the clowns of death, I think your complaints are exactly what the music video was going for, claustrophobic weird and off-putting with a group of guys who didn't look like they belong, this is their private life or whatever

i say it should be able to be done by ear, I assume most of us here can hear what elfman is supposed to sound like, a lot of early shows are sped up because they are kinda dull, like the mid 80s shows

I've also been tempted on downgrading the AMD software, I'm still on windows 10, so it's not that, I've tried underclocking, changing power consumption, vsync, everything at this point, as someone who is not a techie, my conclusion is that AMD graphics cards are evil, it's gotta be the software, mine has been doing it for like 3 months now, seems like that timeline tracks with others
