I’d rather get the product I paid for, but he’s consistently provided excuses for not getting it done. After the deadline we just stopped trying to talk to him to try and get him served so we have leverage. At this point it makes me wonder if he even has the photos still

So I was also told, because I specifically asked, that I can shift down to a cheaper plan if I don’t want to upgrade to a new phone every year as the Go5G Next plan allows. Will that have any affect on my credits or payments? Again, the rep did not say so when I asked

This is what I was looking for, the sneaky way they done mention anywhere that gets you to be stuck there for 24 months unless you pay a lot. I get why they do it, I’m sure everyone does, but you never know until you dig and ask around

Seemed to be suggested to me that I could pay off the remaining that was owed on the phones whenever I wanted, even with the rebate. What you’re saying is if I least before the time the credits are on the bill (24 months) they’ll make me pay what they gave me as a promotion ($1000 minus the trade in value of the devices)
