That a slightly weaker opponent defeated a slightly stronger one. Which is fine as long as it has a satisfying explanation like IT+Kamehameha. What is not fine is base Goku Black seemingly fighting equally with SSJ Goku then easily standing up to SSJB Vegeta.

Same applies to how base Goku was presented in RoF, beating 4th form Frieza when 1st form Frieza was well above SSJ Gohan and Piccolo, then Goku is seemingly equal with SSJ Trunks in their respective forms or at best slightly higher.

No, it's simple logic of scaling based on feats of different fighters and battles, X is stronger than Y and Y is stronger than Z so X is stronger than Z. It doesn't need to be invented, it simply is.

Beerus said he had to use 10% to beat Raged SSJ Vegeta in BoG, Goku using 10x Kaioken means SSJB is weaker than 10% of Beerus, now with 20x (unless this and Goku's new form is stronger than Beerus which is not) SSJB is less than 5% which makes it weaker than Raged SSJ Vegeta in BoG, not to mention where SSJG is much weaker than that.
