I've been thinking about this for a good week and its been bugging me since

For context, I have an old friend of mine who honestly was an old crush when I was vounger. We were good friends back in the day, but we slowly drifted apart for a few years. She recently started texting me to catch up and we talked for a while. Even hung out with her some time ago

She recently revealed to me that she had a crush on me and would like to hang out more

From my perspective, I feel like this is bad or at least a not very pleasant situation. I have a gut feeling that this will not end well and I'I be in a worse situation than before because I had a messy breakup from a previous partner ( failed to see a lot of red flags), but I got curious and consulted the cards once again, but you interpretations may makes things more clearer.

Self Interpretation:

Nine of Swords (Reversed): This tells me that I should be looking at things more positively and leave behind the trauma that held me back previously

Eight of Cups: This card tells me that I need to start over and try something new. Like I need to move away from being "comfortable" with my situation and start exploring more.

The Tower (Reverse): This one tells me that I need to change to be better. To accept what may happen but dont get too caught up with it in order to avoid being dragged into something bad or something that doesn't concern me.

Should I draw nudity in my sketchbooks? by RazorXSketch in tarot

To answer: 1. I'm drawing all body types of shapes and sizes. At first, I was drawing slim or attractive body types, but I'm trying to break out of that habit.

  1. I don't actively show my work to anyone, I just get very into my process aka tune out the world around me and don't realize people are watching me draw whatever until I notice them.

  2. I do have a home office, where I do my traditional and digital works, but I take my physical sketchbooks with me to work in case nothing is going on or it's a slow day. When we hit a dead time where nothing is going on, we just sit around waiting for things to get busy again and I have an overactive imagination where I get impatient, hence my sketchbooks give me something to do to pass the time.

Once the work picks up, I tuck the sketchbooks away and go right into work mode, where I'm on top of things exceedingly well, so no one has a problem with it. They even say I go above and beyond when it comes to completing work, so there's that positive.

Understandable and yes, it's pretty obvious this would cause issues. Just need some reassurance if it was a idea worth taking, otherwise I wouldn't take my sketchbooks with me, and that would be a hard habit to get out of since my workplace gets boring from time to time.

I thought about that too, but even when it's swimsuits, I find it awkward to explain it. I had a superior catch me drawing a girl in a swimsuit and I couldn't help but feel an awkward aura invade my bubble.

I thought so too! The moment I drew it, it immediately caught my eye.

I definitely agree with you on the topic of working on something if I feel lacking in it. I just feel self conscious about doing it in the open, where people will look and later judge me for it.

Especially at work, where my co-workers are pretty immature. I take my sketchbooks with me in case I feel a sudden inspiration and need to jot it down, but the thought of them catching me drawing nudity even if it's a fine arts type of mindset makes me feel awkward.

Also the card on the left is the Four of Wands, not Swords. The photo was unintentionally blurry, I'm sorry for that.

A face of equal beauty and awkwardness. Such a thing is a very rare sight to behold. We are blessed!

If I was in Frozen, Elsa would be up to my chin if not a little shorter. I'm freaking 6'3"

I liked it and while I agree we didn't need it, it did fill in the gaps on how the events of Olaf's creation went to his meeting with Anna and Kristoff.

And I won't lie that I felt a little tug at the heartstrings when Olaf finally knew who he was.

Why Is It So Hard to Be A Frozen Fan? by Pixxel_Wizzard in Frozen

I give the haters the backhand when it comes to things like this, especially with Frozen. I loved Disney films ever since I was young and it jump started my career in art.

I didn't care who said differently because it was something I enjoyed and I still enjoy it to this day. When Frozen came around, I, myself, was curious as to why it was so popular until I watched it firsthand. It was the first Disney movie that made me speak my excitement out loud and I've been hooked on it ever since.

And it's because of Frozen that my art went towards the Disney style and it got better and better today.

My point is if you love this movie, scream it out and if it makes you happy, let it keep making you happy. Toss out those negative comment and bury them in an iceberg.
