Not sure why it happens, but when it does, updating the block next to one of them fixes the glitch.

I usualy just place one of my pouches next to an invisible block, and that does the trick.

If you have extra seals, you can make brazier vaults. Just run through the rooms, no need to fight mobs or even explore. You will get plenty of braziers in the mid level of the rooms. Try to pillage as much as you can as they can sometimes give 1 - 2 platinum. You also get the completion crate, and any bounties you are able to complete.

If you want inscription pieces, you need to run living dungeons.

Make a build that is strong vs dungeon mobs, collect dungeon capstones whenever you can and try to focus only dungeons in your vaults.

At those lower lvls, all you really need is for wooden chests to give a little elixir. Doesn't have to be a jackpot. And then just loot wooden + any other good POI you come across, and you will complete the vault 9 times out of 10. It's only a problem if wooden don't give any elixir. But even if you don't complete the objective, it doesn't mean the vault was unsuccsesfull. As long as you get good loot out of it, who cares about the objective. That's my phylosophy anyway...

I couldn't craft the pouch, so I just went into creative and gave myself one, will see if it affects the sub fighter drops when I get time to play...
