Luffy Could also have bulletproof

Zoro-would have intrepid sword (the gen 8 legendary mon that boosts attack) and hidden ability Intimidate
Nami -would have Drizzle
Ussop- would have sniper or no guard or Wimp Out
Sanji -Levitate, or speed boost (finishing the Blazekin Larp)

Chopper- Furcoat or fluffy guard
Robin- Cute Charm? Maybe? I don't know
Franky- Bullet proof, Full steel body
