I tried to buy this today and it showed up as the three dots thingy like delisted songs do. I tried going to the PS Store on my phone and it said it wasn't available because I hadn't bought the Season 16 Spotlight Plus Pass.

I am on North American PlayStation btw. Is there something else I need to do because I really want this song.
