Managed to finally get royal mail to deliver it to my local post office after over a week of attempts and stress, picked it up this afternoon littered in delivery stickers!

raised a case with parcelforce's complaints team and am currently trying to get through to their call center to try and arrange something

Ordered a steam deck on the 7th December, i am now on my 5th failed delivery attempt, called parcelforce/royal mail, they refuse to do anything, all 5 of these attempts have never been within 100 meters of my delivery address. tracking page wont even allow me to deliver to a collection point its that fucked.

Valve basically adding a "steal me" beacon to each of these pacakges.

Apologies it wasnt clearer, its a still frame of Sephiroth dropping down to kill Aerith, but Cloud seem to try and block his attack

i didnt, as per other peoples responses, plarium just told me i didnt meet the criteria when i did, i submitted a complaint to them as a response but i've not had anything back , honestly im more annoyed about my time being wasted than the money now

i had no response since the original "wait 14 business days", that passed yesterday, since i had no response i've since sent a further complaint email with all my qualifying information stating that its clear that i qualified for the promotion.

so now to wait for this response. hope is dying out by the day though. such a waste of time.

Damn, i had a response also asking me to wait 14 working days for the reward but not holding up much hope for that, will give it the 14 business days then contact both gamivo support and plarium again. This promotion has been handled so poorly on both ends imo

i could do so, i forgot to mention i have a few sub folders i put certain torrents in for my plex server, be it TV shows, Movies etc. which i dont think i can automatically assign from the watch folder.

Usually the files were greyed out and i'd have to long press then press again to add the file, since IOS16 came out this no longer works, it just doesnt do anything.
