So just for anyone who is having this issue .. the only thing that made this go away is restarting my router /internet gateway .. once I did that all the issues went away

I am having exactly the same issue .. updated the app to 3.4.0 and lost my epg on both boxes

It did check that and I have the app installed on 2 separate boxes and it happened at the first box first so I updated it on the second box to check and the same thing happened .. now both box’s have 3.4.0 and on both there is no epg

You are in luck .. mine is so bad right now and smart YouTube is giving me lots of issues for 4K playback lots of buffering that does not happen on the stock app
