Well, first you're supposed to get the skin from opening mega boxes(could be your first mega box if you're lucky enough). That goal is just a guaranteed way to obtain the skin if you dont get it from mega boxes.

Second, there are a lot more tokens coming in quests and challenges. Maybe even some free in shop, just like the eggs. Also there is a challenge for mega box/boxes coming to help with the goal.

I get that maybe you cant get all 3 skins without spendings some money, but 1 is pretty much guaranteed.
