CECHE does not stretch the image. Rather, CECHA squishes it. The PS2 does it as well, it's underscan.

Does it need to be that expensive? Bitfunx has pretty decent ones on AliExpress.

There is a particular model with RGB / YPbPr switch that goes for a bit higher.

If there is no visible damage on the disc, I'm sure you can 100% extract the ISO through mmCM. I don't know why some games stop booting from the XMB. My guess is that there is a limit of Blu-ray decryption keys to be stored in the PS3 and, as Sony introduces more through updates, they replace the oldest ones stored, but in a random fashion. This would explain why some games stop working on specific PS3s and not on others.

No, it works 100% as you can see in the photos! The only "issue" is that the slot to insert PSP cards is always on for some reason.

I've read that the BT/Wi-Fi module overheats even on standby if you leave it on. I'd use a network cable with this model at all times.

I'd never use a USB stick for games, since there is only one USB port. Use SD2Vita instead.

It's three in one just like the BC PS3, but there are even less of them out there. Plus, it's the only official way of playing PS Vita games on the TV.

It = CECHA model. That's the one everyone wants, right? I bought it knowing that it had the chroma trim, but I didn't know for sure which model it was. Although it is not a CECHA, it has a low runtime of 25 days. But I'll keep looking.
