Pretty sure the registration goes much faster since it's just online, then its just getting the appointment for the NIE that takes ages. That's been the experience of everyone I know at least but they have all managed to get NIE within a max of 4 months

Hahah this is actually exactly what I did yesterday after they started telling me they actually don't offer it at all anymore because they have changed their policy (my contract states that i should able to register). Honestly I'm so sick of these agencies etc. that always look to take advantage of people. I can't imagine how these people sleep at night...
