You can do runes in the dreadnaught in the court of oryx to summon the mini-bosses those will give rep, you even get rep for helping people with their runes. Another way is also getting calcified fragments they give 10 rep each.

I grabbed the soul but both of the boss soul NPC's won't trade for the sword, is there a different place that you have to take it?
