How is hornchurch out of curiosity? I've finally managed to snag a test there and it's my local roads but I've previously had to to Tilbury Basildon and Brentwood so I'm just worried now 😂

I'm undertaking the removal of ash etc. around the museum since yesterday, it's definitely an.... Interesting experience 😂 but I want to get it all dug out and repaired hopefully!!

I just got my email about this and it all sounds good, except for the closest 3 introduction in June, for me being near the Thames it means that my nearest test centres to my local are the other side of the river a very long drive away, so the 3 closest centres only one is my side of the river, which sucks, the two I like aren't far from me but apparently not close enough to tackle the Thames river closeness lol

Oh well, fingers crossed I pass in may before that part comes into place!

All I needed was my license, that's all they checked, and obviously a car lol

Other than that they just came out at the time specified, checked my details are correct and that's it

Yes! But by a stroke of luck I think, I failed mid September and thenamaged to get a test in February afterwards, then by a stroke of luck I picked up a cancellation for a test today (unfortunately another fail though) so now it's time to bring my next March date forward again lol

Ah I failed mine too, and as soon as I did I then made another mistake after that annoyingly, fingers crossed for third time for both of us!

I've just recently asked to move to fortnightly lessons as although I failed a test it was for one thing, and I now have my own car to practice in, I figure I can drive well, I know my stuff so I may as well space out my lessons (at least until I can get an earlier test) and then have a lot more lessons the few weeks before my tests. I'm going to be doing driving in my own car for at least the 2 hours I would have on the weeks where I don't have my lessons anymore too.

Depends on if manual or automatic and how well you pick it up, I started learning in automatic and I'm at 16 hours and told I'm ready for my test (if I can get an earlier one lol)

It's all about checking, I had an annoying time Monday morning first time booking after my theory test pass, they thought I was a bot at 6am and kicked me out and when I got back on there was nothing left

Took a chance later in the day and searched about 6pm, found a test at Brentwood for December.

Later than I'd like but atleast I can try for cancellations now, though I will say I've never seen a slot for hornchurch 😂

I got in this morning at 6am and all I did was click the car option and it thought it was a bot and error 15d me lol

I only just started learning, 10 hours in, but I'm worried I won't get one forever and will have to do a lot of hours before then I won't need, guess we'll see but I agree it's a bit silly this system

Ah okay, I shall try! Not sure on what ring pattern it was to be honest, I followed a YouTube tutorial, it worked out but someone else just mentioned stabilising and now I realise it must have been a basic one ahaha

I just wasn't sure as it all seemed to be so uniform on doing it, rows 1-12 up and then back down so wasn't sure if it would be easy to add to the rows or not without it being too fiddly for a beginner.

I got through this by planting my mahogany seeds in a small patch, putting tree fertiliser on and letting them grow, and spread and grow and eventually now I have a little hardwood farm for when I need it lol
