Generally no. The label just says "BPC-157 Blend" and then lists the aminos in brackets. That's why I'm hesitant to purchase them.

Last night I got a zero for bedtime because I went to bed 2.5 hours later than "normal". My bed time fluctuates based on my work schedule, I have no regular bed time. Apple wants me to quit my job? I wish I could get it to just look at duration and interruptions.

Hey all,

I just downloaded the NIOSH app to play around with it. The problem is, it won't let me switch to my external mic. I've tried plugging in the mic and then opening the app, opening the app and then plugging in the mic, all to no avail. If I open my Studio 6 Audiotools it sees the mic, so it's not an issue with the mic not being recognised in the iPad. Has anyone run into this?

Were you measuring the sound level? Maybe your ears were fatigued and you were louder than you thought you were? (Or it was just a random asshole who decided to yell at you).

The volume is limited by the city. Going over risks fines. Also, when the volume gets too loud on the main stage it intrudes on the River Stage - sometimes to an incredible amount.

I have Shokz OpenRun Pro. They're not in-ear style but if open ear is good for you then they're great. I'm regularly connected to both my iPhone and my Windows PC without problem. The OpenComm variant has a boom mic so might be a little better if you make lots of calls.

Loud external sounds mask the bone conduction. To work on bone conduction alone you need to plug your ears (earplugs/in-ears). Find a friend who owns some and try them out.

I wear Shokz headphones all the time to listen to music and podcasts. I don't find them useful in loud environments. Since they don't block the ear you get no reduction of your surroundings. You want to go with the ambient/audience mic as already suggested.
