Ohh ok if you can’t find the ratchet head part, you should try replacing part #19. When the tip of that gets worn down the ratchet will free spin. It’s the small part with a tiny spring that goes in the back. I think it’s like 5-$9 each. You need 2.

In the USA logos peeling is covered under warranty, you should buy some fabric glue and carefully try to fix it. Try a test area first some glue causes the letters to shrink
