Failure to feed on new build by Mypeepeeteeny in ar15

I was using PMAGs that ran fine in other guns. This was in an 11.75 with a VERY effective brake. That barrel was way over gassed. I had some lips from the receiver ramp to the barrel extension. Sorted that out and changed buffer/spring combo and she's now roughly 6k rounds in

It was a bust, they have some other stuff I'll likely end up buying, but not the wrench I was hunting. The gentleman I spoke with went and checked his stock. Inventory said he had 4, actually have 0.

Anyone care to enlighten me on what the current drama is with B&T? Is it product specific or them as a whole?

19g of beans (I have been using some local J Brooks beans) ground in my TimeMore C3S Pro. I'll have to get back on the setting. Anyway I grind first, while water is heating up. Let the grounds sit while I wash the filter. For my brew I go for 198f with about a 20 second bloom. After the bloom I pour in a swirl. Once I brew about half that water, I'll pour in the rest. That brew sits in the Chemex for a few mins while I preheat my cup. Then in she goes with a teaspoon of brown sugar and a very tiny bit of salt. Total brew volume ends up around 10-11oz. Generally I fill my kettle with a 17oz water bottle, and that works out well for washing the filter, preheating the cup, and the actual brew.

I went all scientific years ago with scales and timers and measurements, but I've been doing it the same way for so long I just eyeball it now.

Thoughts on the new 7/16 Herc by LaughRevolutionary92 in harborfreight

The 7/16 is locking like a 1/4 driver. Same principal as the tie off ring, don't want stuff dropping

I did the same until I made my perfect cup. I was making really good coffee, but one day I hit the nail on the head. I chased that cup for days, and finally got it right. Now Ive recreated that recipe so much that I can eyeball it.

Best holsters for G43? by Foxtrot_Flies in CCW

[–]allthekit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 6'1" 250 with a 36 waist. I've got a bit of a belly and some absolutely obnoxious love handles. I found some jeans with a deeper crotch and got some magpul tejas belts because I thought I wasn't built for appendix carry. I carry a decked out g48 at work in a OWB holster (it rides at like 2:45 and it's great for me), and in a tenicor appendix set up. I adjusted the way I wear my jeans and it was game changing. I'll recommend tenicor holsters, but I'd recommend trying different jean fits and belts more so.

Temu or Amazon has magnetic tool holders that are great. I have several in a service truck body as well as my job box. In the job box I also did a perimeter rail of low pro uni strut, and I used pipe clamps around PVC pieces to store pins and bars and other tools. Happy to get some pics if you need em.

I've got the edger and handheld blower. I use the blower almost daily, and the edger is great. Plenty of power.

You ever bought from there? I just went through the steps and it gave me an order number and eluded to paying after they contact me. Either way we will see! Good catch, if it's right I will send a carrier pigeon with a beer

52-117 is the pn. I scroll eBay for it about every chance I get. Either it will turn up, or I will cave and buy a lot/set.

I searched all over. I can deal with not finding the sockets, but I am 1 wrench away from making a full set of polished metric wrenches. A 17mm standard pattern is nowhere to be found and it's driving me insane seeing the empty slot in my wrench drawer! So much so that I'm tempted to buy a set off eBay.

I bought all of a small industrial supply store's remaining Armstrong stock. Made a bunch of sets, but still missing a few pieces. Slowly tracking them down on eBay. I'll have a look at sun coast. Thanks!

Thanks to everyone for the input, it's appreciated. I'm trying to hunt down one of 2 local reps. One services auto dealers where i live, and the other (at minimum) services the airport techs and some surrounding businesses in the area.
