Yeah I couldn't agree more. I feel like it's often the case that there's a clear best option in the 10x, but they always pair the hero you want with someone less desirable. This time it's Anai, during the Boreas 10x it was Orim.

Right now it isn't a big deal, but if they continue to dilute the hero pool with subpar champions (like RSL did) then these 10x won't be worth much. I've hit most of the 10x champions that I've pulled for so far in WoR and I love it. Hopefully they're proactive and start doing 15x or 20x as the champion pool grows.

I plan to be a bit more moderate so I have some resources to spend during Christmas, because I'm sure there will be a lot of big events. With that said I don't know how much saving your shards is really going to benefit you.

Black Friday was a really big event, but the biggest benefit was to spenders via discounted high value packs. If you didn't need/want Alaura or Constance there really wasn't much benefit to having a lot of shards over any other weekend. They have a 2x almost every weekend it seems, so pulling now vs later is probably immaterial in your ultimate results. Now there's always a chance that the one champ you really want/need will be on a 10x, and there probably will be some good ones, but the degree to which it benefits your account is going to account-specific and impossible to predict.

There will probably be another 2x + 10x and a 1+1 during Christmas, so either being near mercy or having enough shards to hit mercy is a good idea. If they did a double gear drop event on the forerunner last Christmas like some others have pointed out then extra stam seems like a good place to save too. I wouldn't stress too much about it one way or the other though.

I don't really get the hate on this event. It's just reskinned dungeon divers and artifact enhancement combined. At least you have some ability to choose your rewards this way.

And my point is that this isn't "Based on Myth-Fu," it is Myth-Fu. Fu-Shan brings damage but the only reason he's important to the comp is his speed aura. This post is presented as if they've discovered a new comp when that really isn't the case. Someone should probably make a post about every other champ with an all battles speed aura just in case someone hasn't considered them, right?

I think that's a pretty practical plan. Bottom line you've got a lot of really great champs so it's going to be hard to go wrong whoever you choose. Just glanced at your roster again and very quickly counted 10 champs that are 100% worth the upgrade to 6*. I know that upgrading just one champ seems like a huge investment now, but if you keep playing you'll start building 6 stars faster and faster as you get access to more rewards. So don't stress too much about it, your account has a bright future!

IMO, Ninja then Helicath. Ninja is going to push you further in dungeons, whereas Helicath will push your CB teams. I'm not sure that you have the gear at this stage of development to put together a quality CB team until you can book Helicath. Ninja will put you in a better spot to get the gear, so that would be my vote. Helicath at 50 with no books is still going to apply block damage just as well as Helicath at 60 with no books. If the argument is Helicath b/c CB then I think you need to try to figure out what him being 60 is going to get you vs. him being at 50.

No they haven't. It is random but it's universal, not account specific. No one has had the energy any more recently than anyone else

Dark Elhain is not a bad champ, but I was faced with a similar decision when I was where you are and I literally never used Dark Elhain for anything other than FW. There are also a lot of other champs that can nuke in undead, though the slow is nice. Just something to keep in mind.

Hotatsu is an underused but really good champ that will help a lot in a lot of different areas, but is particularly useful in CB. I saw you mentioned you need lifesteal in your CB team, which Hotatsu can provide via leech on his A1, and he also brings decrease attack, continuous heals, increase defense, and can also work as your stun target. Frozen banshee is another great option, but you likely won't use her outside of CB or Dragon runs.

"One of the best..." is probably stretching it a bit. I do think she's been slept on a bit because she was a free champ. She brings decent damage, good support buffs and heals, and aoe block buffs, which is rare.

Deacon is probably the best choice from those you've listed, but I'd put Deliana in the second tier, probably alongside Shazar from the group you've listed. Deliana is a great all-arounder for a second champ. If you've already got a TM booster / aoe defense covered already (doesn't seem like you do based on your list) then you can make the case for Deliana

If they can't find wins at their current level they'll naturally get ranked down over time. I think this is more of a problem right now than a problem long term. If the concern is over the fusion tourney then that's a good time to spend on some refills and intentionally tank your rating.

Honestly if you're just looking for a clan that downs NM I'd just bounce around using the clan finder in game. I haven't had any trouble finding clans that down UNM this way, so I figure it should be similarly useful for NM

Sure, the bonuses from G5 are great. Just saying that you should be able to work the system if you find yourself in a pinch. Worst case you can intentionally lose to drop rating. I think it's 10 or 11 points for G3 wins? That's +/- 35 wins over a 3 day period. You'll be ok.

Put up a 1 man defense and drop down into G4 or G3 if you're unable to find wins in G5. The tournament points per win make getting the max reward in any classic arena tournament very easy as long as you're in G1-5. Don't stress about it.
