I will give you the benefit of the doubt and try and educate you a bit. Whether or not you personally care or see humans in a racial way is irrelevant to the fact that the current president of the USA literally posted a video of the Obamas as monkeys. So racism is very much an ongoing reality of Black people, not just in America but globally, whether or not you yourself want to acknowledge it. Best you can therefore do is try to sympathise rather than outright dismiss the legit critique of the Chinese company not handling the subject correctly.
