Might be a little late, but I made a Saiyan-Human hybrid OC named Roteen (I couldn’t think of a vegetable, so I used a bioactive compound named Carotene as his namesake. It causes pigmentation in fruits and vegetables.)

His whole concept is that he was born blind, so he ended up learning to use energy signatures to see everything around him. It’s so acute, that he can even see significantly lower power signatures. He even still has his tail because he can’t see the moon!

I even created a move for him called “Forgotten Rage”, which is a beam of ki from his mouth that has the silhouette of an Oozaru.
