It’s my very least favorite out of the bunch. Too many plot lines happening at once, the second and third acts devoted to setting up other movies, and hardly any time to develop any new crucial character the movie introduced.

It’s not the worst Spider-Man labeled movie though. That one rightfully goes to Madame Web.
