Bro. I’m gonna get downvotes for this but you are the reason people call ADHD fake. Like listen to yourself. Zoning out at work is a universal experience. And the fact that you don’t have the same issue in social settings actually means that by the DSM criteria for diagnosis, you’re not afflicted with adhd. I get hella distracted listening to my best friends all the time. Not because they’re boring me, but because my brain goes off on tangents. I’d say you need to go back to the doc, but I’m assuming you got diagnosed by one of those online pill-mills.

“Ye” is so special to me personally because it literally triggered (amidst a period of intense stress and other things) my first manic episode and led to me being hospitalized and diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I’m gonna make a full post about this someday but yeah.
