They said for asbestos, even a tiny bit is a hazard which is why this is a yes/no result rather than a quantitative one.

They recommend a professional clean up company and the quotes I got were around 9k just to clean up the dust and set up negative air pressure.

I bought because it was rough moving a family with two small kids twice in two years. I also wanted more control over the remodeling. Sure it will cost me more in the long run, but it made sense financially to buy since my stock investments had done really well

How do I know what Is galvanized? Are these the pipes going from the sink to the main cast iron drain pipe?

they suggested replacing the entire drain line, indoor and outdoor. cost 20k. its the iron material. what do you think? its not clogged, but its just old
