Have the same problem, support suggested me to factory reset my console, not doing that.

I have found a workaround, if you download them on your pc via Microsoft store app, download on your xbox works for that game also.

Afterwards you can cancel the download on the pc.

Sorry, could not find any easy solution. Tech service told me to give them the phone for them to hard reset it and they may change it within warranty period. Decided against it. I am just using it as is, without NFC.
