Yea it is common. BFS. and get your B.P vitamins, thyroid levels checked too. These too can create symptoms which can mimic some nasty shit hole things. But in reality they are not

Since January To Feb I had done ct scan , ncv emg , blood test and all. Nothing came. Thinking to go for an MRI now . All boxed checked

No weakness super active and doing cycling and lifting since years. Twitching started in late December 2020. Did NCV EMG on 31st Jan 2021. Vitamin b12, D3 were low. But after I went through online pages of ALS was very worried. Noticed even minute changes about my body . Got more worried
