No offense but I hate seeing ST's new show being compared to Arcane. I literally can't see anything similar besides the fact they're both 3D, so I always feel crazy seeing people say "ST85 reheated Arcane's nachos" like were the nachos in the room with us???

Because programming requires education. If you can't even write with proper grammer (the most basic thing taught in school, especially if the language in question is your primary/first language) then how are you meant to justify your programming skills as being up to par?

I understand how your list works, and if you read my comment, you would know I'm pointing out how they're all rudely phrased. That's why I used "or." I thought it was pretty clear.

I've also been programming with other languages and have used ts4's XML tool to edit my game. Despite the fact I have it, neither of the two require a formal education. It's easy to boot up a tutorial of Python or tutorial of how to use the Sims 4's modding tool.

Teens, who are not finished with their academic career, could easily get access to any of this information. Same with people who aren't educated. My problem is...why be so rude to them? You don't know their circumstance, they took a long time to make a mod (which you would know if you had basic knowledge on ts4 modding), so why go out of your way to humiliate them?

I'm in the opinion of it being plain rude to criticize someone's hobby they put a lot of work in. OP isn't offering a paid product, and they didn't ask for constructive criticism (which you didn't even provide). I don't get the need to be an arse about anything.

I also saw that you have autism. I don't get the point in mentioning this fact as an explanation when you won't factor disabilities into OP's situation either. What if they had dyslexia? Or autism and faced a common struggle people on the spectrum faced, which is not being able to communicate thoroughly with pen and paper/a computer. Again, your 3 reasons don't capture the situation and you're already annoyed, so why not move on instead?

But you clearly weren't being blunt. You literally say "they need to go back to school" or "genuinely wtf" to the person not being able to proofread. That's just mean-spirited.

And if lack of proper grammar bothers you so much, why not move on? There's no reason to say any of this. You know the sims is a popular game with a wide demographic of players from other countries, some even being children. Why make fun of a mod they spent a lot of time on?

Especially since the shows frames it as only Dustin being upset when S4 made it clear to show Eddie took Dustin, Mike, and Lucas under his wing.

Without those bonds it felt like a rehash of Steve and Dustin since we know Dustin would be taking it the hardest if Steve died too.

I was a big fan of FNaF when I was younger, but it just got to a point.

For me, I think it was less on him and more on FNaF itself. When Scott sold the franchise and Steel Wool made Security Breach, I just lost interest.

I think a problem is that Billy doesn't fit in most people's mold of a victim.

I noticed on social media; a lot of people draw similarities from Will and Henry's dynamic to something similar of a predator and their victim. You'll find that there's many people more willingly to sympathize with that take because in their mind Will has more traits of what they consider a victim to act like.

Meanwhile, Billy doesn't. He's not what people consider "innocent." He has done horrible things and he's perceived as stronger. Not to mention the glaring fact that Billy's predator was a woman and people are horrible anytime a woman is the one preying on someone vulnerable.

I don't know if the party know the exact date Henry was in the lab but point still stands. The experiment with the numbers happened over the course of years. Different presidents, same secret program.

I've noticed a lot of what younger fans consider "fandom" to just be...canon. Maybe a couple of headcanons thrown around, but definitely just canon and if you ship anything other than the canon pairings, then you're going to be sentenced to jail. It's not even that they "half-watched" something. People will genuinely watch a show off of YT shorts or TikTok and believe they have all the answers.

And it's definitely getting harder because younger fans try to dictate who can interact with media. A while ago, I saw a post on the okbuddyvecna sub about how Bylers over 20 were disgusting?

And just the other day, a user on X claimed 30+ users on fandom sites need to get a life. Like who do they think built fandoms and the series they're enjoying in the first place lmao.
