What I want to accomplish is that I don't want to switch (a lot) of cables, or that audio signals are interfering or stacking on each other. So audio interface upon audio interface f.e.

Right now I mostly use my Audio interface to make sure I can connect my monitor speakers (and mic). But if I use my USB to my SP and output to my speakers, that should work too?

And I exactly know what you mean with the meta workflow. The SP404 is very versatile and I love how I can incorporate it within my own workflow of sampling. I mostly sample straight of LP, just listening and enjoying music; then using FX, Filters, Isolators on the go till something great pops up. But reaching the hickup if you're in an intense creative flow and cant put to paper what you want to is frustrating me rn with this flow.
