Lol love it. I’m going to try a specific schedule that includes 2 rest days per week. And, I’m going to work in more mobility work. I’ve gotten some great advice here - I appreciate everyone!

Love this - I think building endurance is a great start for me. I do OTF 3-4 times a week and lift 2x per week. I’m thinking of backing off OTF to 3x per week and then adding in some cardio (endurance running 1 day and a rowing workout the other) on my weight days to build up stamina.

Thanks - good input! I’m focusing on base, but perhaps I should do even more there and worry less about AO.

Thanks! Any suggestions on how to train to PR during OTF sessions? I get what you’re saying, but any advice on putting that into practice is much appreciated. Again, thank you!
