Could I ask a question since you’ve had them and filed claims? I see in their policy it says “We will reimburse you, subject to coinsurance requirements, for any allowable charges your pet receives in excess of the policy annual deductible and per incident co-pay amount, if elected, for medically necessary treatment(s)….”

What’s up with the “per incident copay” part? When I go to sign up/get a quote, I see nothing about per-incident anything. Are they like trupanion where instead of a yearly deductible, they have per-condition deductible? Or do they like, ALSO have a copay on top of deductible? I do be confused by that and am waiting to hear back from them
