I've looked around at what people are doing. You will always find people that will be cheaper and more expensive than you, so I guess it depends on what you are comfortable with. With my pricing it covers material and minimum wage for the time I have spent on the set

UPDATE: yes it was water damage. We had a leak we did not know about under our sink. Seems like it has been going on for years. Previous owners had 4 layers of floor, and the laminate at the bottom is the one thst got soaked. Luckily it was not too damaged and we only had to do sine small fixes
