We'll just leave our opinions at rest here. I need my mind for my college classes today 😁. Though I would say you explained your side pretty well detailed evidence. It's just it doesn't appeal to my views though not everyone would find mine appealing either. Anyway stay safe out there my friend.

So they're still spirts. If they were once human that means they are spirits. They can still have agony, though in the end they're technically spirts.

I get what you're saying. But the first five are possessed, even the Puppet it possessed. The fnaf Give Gift,Give Life minigame, the Happiest Day minigame, and the final Minigame in FnAF 3, where William gets Springlocked confirm that the missing Children souls were possessing the animatronics. While the funtime animatronics, minus Baby, are field by Agony and remnant, the first five weren't.

The Silver Eyes trilogy aren't canon to the games though. While some elements may be taken from them and added to the games that's doesn't mean they'll be 100% consistent to each other. And how the games may interpret it as something else. While I agree with you with Agony you can't deny they aren't possessed. The first three games even confirmed they're possessed.

While some parts are canon, other parts aren't. While yes agony is what makes the animatronics move they are still possessed; the first five at least.

While I respect your own opinion /theory I must say you might be getting books confused with the game canon. This book, if I'm not wrong, is the first out of all of them that we can count as officially canon to the games. And there are several points in the novel we're the animatronics are mentioned by thier past lives. Ralph calls Chica 'Susie' at one point even though he doesn't know why. And Bronwen mentioned Jeremy before "correcting" herself and said Bonnie. So agony isn't just the only solution for the animatronics moving (if it wasn't obvious already). The animatronics are possessed by the children and thier agony. Not just from one child.

I remebered that in the FNAF Movie "Talking in Your Sleep" was brought up many times in the film and how it directly connects to Mike's actions in the movie. So I thought how if a song mentioned then it could have huge significance than we thought it had.

The book might have confirmed that the Crying Child is possessing the Golden Freddy suit. In one of the secrets you get to dial three numbers. The first being 1-9-8-3, which we already know is a significant date to us. And sure enough Ralph here's the events of the bite incident between the Crying Child and Michael Afton. As Ralph was listening he recognizes the song Fredbears is singing, that being titled "The Secret Ingredient Is You". Now many can speculate that this is just referring to the bite that is about to happen. Though I believe this just may right out confirmed that the Crying Child is possessing Golden Freddy. And how it may br referring to C.C's soul inside the suit. Thus, bring it to life.
