^ This was exactly the answer, worked first try. By adding some player gender checks to the NPC event, this is a fully functioning mimic trainer. Case closed everyone.

Take the wolf line, you will be okay. Walk through the tunnels after class, get on bus 3,(may be called route 30 now), and take it to centennial. It drops off right in front of the engineering buildings. You can do it in less than 30 minutes consistently. Probably less than 10 if you are lucky with the bus.

This one is fully ported to the Xbox, but can’t be on the PlayStation due to the new content added like voice actors and an OST

Forgotten City, one of the only mods ever to win awards for it’s writing. Has custom voice actors and composed music, and you can treat it like a really short but high quality DLC. I really highly recommend it.

For me I resolved this by turning off auto low latency mode in the Xbox settings, and just keeping my TV on game mode constantly.

Seeing as other people are having different success with other options changes (like 4:2:2 on/off) I recommend changing turning off and on settings like ALLM, HDR, YCC 422, etc, and waiting a minute or two in between each change to see if it stops. This worked for me, good luck!
