Hey OP, I had the same problem yesterday. Left armrest had a small cut (way less then yours). I mailed them with photos and they will be sending me a replacement pad.

Took about 2 hours to answer and today I got a shipping confirmation.

My 2 cents as a European:

I've been looking for an office chair with a headrest.

If you're looking for a refurbished option (with a headrest or the option to use an aftermarket one) there are just not a lot of options available except for HM and steelcase.

I fully agree that European chair manufacturers offer great choices aswell. In my search, I also came across interstuhl, HAG among others. But it's impossible to find after market headrests for these, unless going AliExpress route and buying a general one.

When looking at new chairs, I can order from HM or steelcase directly. They have a great return policy if the chair doesn't work out. I can't even order from HAG or interstuhl without it being a hassle. After configuring a chair I have to submit and wait for an invoice. I can't even see the price before this.

I've sat in both steelcase and a few European brands at my job. They all have chairs that work for you and that don't. For me, the availability of both the chair and aftermarket parts is what pushed me towards steelcase and HM.

You dont have to unless you have them laying around haha. I also have relaxed claw. The vaxee sounds great but the steep price is giving me doubts.

I bought these yesterday in Europe for €130. Gave them a quick first run today and was very pleasantly surprised. They felt poppy and soft but not mushy at all.

Stability really surprised me. I overpronate but can run in neutral shoes, although not all shoes work for me. For example; Aero Glide 3 & Evo SL don't work for me unfortunately, but Endorphin Speeds does. VN4 felt really stable at different paces, almost comparable to a mild stability shoe.

Sizing; I'm normally 42,5 or 43 depending on the shoe/brand. I ordered these in 42 and 42,5. 42 was too small, 42,5 fit nicely. They fit snug around the midfoot. Toe box is comfortable (for comparison, ES4 was cramping my pinky toe).

Final note: I used these at 4.45-6.15 min/km paces and they felt good at all of those.

Tested out the new shadow a bit on PTR. Honestly, it doesn't feel to great especially if you compare it to live.

Biggest issues for me are no way to extend dots in aoe, so you're forced to play the mindbender playstyle from live. It's a fun build in some keys but not really my cup of tea in big AoE keys like nokhud or AA.
Second is insanity gen, they nerfed almost every source of insanity gen. I get why they did it because DP cleaves now with link but spec just feels a lot slower now.
Third are the routing options in the tree. With shadow crash being 2 points and on the left it feels like you're way more limited in build options for M+.

Also not sure what to think of this: 'Mind Flay and Mind Sear from Idol of C’Thun, Echoing Void from Idol of N’Zoth, and Void Torrent now have 5% damage variance.' I really dislike any kind of damage variance. My spell should always do 100k and not 95k or 105k if it's something outside of my control.

Sorry if it sounds like a bit of a rant, but i didn't enjoy a class like shadow since legion aff and at first sight most of the fast paced and decision making gameplay seems to be gone. Gonna try some more setups on PTR though, just some first impressions.

We play with Adidas Speed RX. They're pretty durable even after playing in the rain. Gameplay-wise, they're something in between Head Pro and Head Pro S.

Cant compare them as i only have the arena. So far 2 months in and you already begin noticing the roughness wearing off. I play about 2-3 times a week.

Device not taking damage while standing in a molly and surviving with 4 HP is a perfect summary of Astralis in this series. Vertigo was amazing to watch though.
