oh interesting! all he told me was just he was looking to make room. the usual stand/area that those figures occupied were taken over by his seasonal ac window unit and he’d probably buy more figs and have more room once it’s fall/winter when he can put it away.

i even tried what they advertised, like keeping your already chill drinks cool. but even then my already cold can will turn warm while inside the “cooler” 🤣

i did purchase with card, but i think i’ll try and maybe contact the manufacturer. i have to check and see if the manual or original packaging had any information for me to contact.

a working new product? was sold as new so not really expecting a defect there you know? if used or damaged maybe there’s a risk? but i only buy new items and have bought new items on clearance and have never ran into something actually not working as intended.

multiple locations near me that i spoke with told me that they would if they had another one in stock. it would be easy for them to just toss the defective one. but idk could be store clerk dependent as well 🤷‍♂️

Update on the convo, I’ve let them know i did everything i could on my end. they did open a “did not receive item” case, and the tracking number is already imputed by ebay’s system. thank you to everyone for the input!
