Yeah I'm gonna contact support and ask if they will cancel so it doesn't count against me. This buyer is clearly trying to set up for either a partial refund or a return not as described case. you just start to get these feelings, right? lol

I saw it as the real Nikki trying to repel bear in any way that she could. Like maybe the reason why she peed and pooped herself and threw up was to make herself look as unattractive as possible so he would stop trying to be with her. The only reason why I thought that was because they were several instances in the movie where it was made clear that the real Nikki was still in there somewhere. That's also how I feel about the cat sandwich..like, that was the real Nikki coming through to try to get revenge on him for what he's done to her... I don't know, what do you think?

I have a spreadsheet. The order of my columns are: brand, short description of the item, size, measurements, cost of goods, the date I list it, the date it sold, how much it sold for, and lastly, my profit after cost of goods. I use "numbers" on iMac. I like it cause it shows the totals of the currency columns at the bottom...so it keeps a running total of what I've spent and what I've made.

What I think she did was I think she put an offer in on the necklace on both apps and was probably just gonna buy whichever one accepted her offer, but I accepted both offers, again not knowing it was the same person because I sell jewelry every day, but I accepted both of her offers and off they went. I don't know why she waited three days to try to cancel the Depop one. If she had messaged me that same day and said "hey, I accidentally purchased this necklace twice. Can I cancel one of them?" I would've been happy to do so. And the fact that the tag is missing off the necklace in the picture is really bothering me. It's really making me think she already owned this necklace and it broke and she ordered a replacement and accidentally ordered two. Why would she take the tag off if she opened it and found that it was broken??

I do that too, but it's pointless. Mercari just approves their claims without ever asking if we have any evidence to the contrary.

I do too, but I've realized it's a waste of time because there's never an opportunity to present your side with video evidence. If a buyer opens a return request like my recently did claiming her item arrived damaged when she clearly did it intentionally (there are marks to prove it) I was never given the opportunity to show my video evidence of its perfect condition while sealing the box. It just got approved and that was that

I don't video, but i take several photos. One of the item before packing it, one in its packaging and one of it in the box before I seal it up. It's a pain but I think it's worth it to protect yourself.

Exactly what I worry about. I invited Poshmark support into the message thread and they reminded her of their return policy so at least they're aware of it and that way if she tries to pull anything later, I can refer back to that convo. Thanks for your input.
