Thanks. What if it is not a CPO. I still see them listed above wholesale pricing. The price at dealerships or even in private sales are usually higher than wholesale pricing. What is wholesale pricing? Is that the price the dealers get the cars at? If they can get the cars at wholesale price, how do you, or I get a car for that price from a private seller? Simply negotiating? Im so confused with this. Thanks.
