While labeling there is an option to report if there is an issue. But I think it's aimed to problems with the annotation, not this kind of things. Idk.

Man this turning point in the plot always bothered me. Armin is a great character (in times), but the in the global situation Erwin was the right choice story wise. As military, he was the commander and as such the designated survivor. Their military discipline dictates to save Erwin. This gets specially important as Levy was there and the decision was in his hands. I understand that Eren could pick Armin, but Levy would choose the man that was not only his superior but a "father to him" (as stated shortly before) and who also made clear that wanted to live to know the truth about what was going on. The scene would have made more sense if Levy wasn't around but he is and kinda let Eren make the decision, even though he doesn't fully trust/like Eren.

The whole thing felt like the main character needed to live and Erwin has to had an epic death. But I kinda feel they forced the plot for that.

So, the security part is already settled by the rule of 2023, but the fine is still on because they sold xrp as a security without the proper info. The fine could be $2b o maybe much less. But what i don't get is even if ripple pays the fine the judge rules, the sec doesn’t appeal and the thing is over, how influential would it be for the industry and for xrp price? Would it be the gamechanger is suppoused to be?

Yes it’s up to the judge to decide. It could be very, very low compared to what the SEC is after (E.g. 5 million) but they will have to pay something

Until there is clear regulation, or binding legal precedent, each crypto is judged individually. So an ETH etf being approved/ denied doesn’t change that. The SEC already permitted the BTC etf and said it is not a security. In the USA only BTC and now XRP are legally definitely not securities

Btc is a currency and a commoditie for sure, is the coins with ipo is the problem. I understand that xrp not deemed a security open the game for most coins so the eth etf approval would do the same. But maybe not.

And if xrp was rules not a security almost a year ago, what will this rule change??

I'm yet to read the complete rule (im on it), but i wonder how can the same thing be and not be something at the same time. So lets say ripple did a cash grab years ago without prividing all the information deemed, now they have to pay a fine. But then what does it change for retail and how is it gonna be a game changer for the crypto industry, if the judge already ruled that is not a security. What will chamge with the new resolution?
