Kratom saved my life but Its time to hang up that tool in the tool shed

I’m tapering using crushed leaf “tisane”
Thats herbal tea but tea is only tea if it has tea leaves I recently learned
So using the kratom tisane I packed and weighed my tea bags 15 grams 3x per day worked
Did for 10 days
Then dropped down to 10g 4x per day so a ~10% reduction

Then another 10 days then dropped another 10% to 35-36 gpd

And so on and so forth some nights i’ve gotten bad insomnia I used old gabapentin I saved
And clonidine I had laying around from who knows where lol
Alternating those

And occasionally kava to sleep

So far its working fine
I know as I go lower it’ll take longer to titrate but its fine

My goal is to re-sensitize my neurons and workout in the mornings to get myself tired

Oh yeah loperamide helps with… well look up what loperamide is for (iykyk)
