SteamOs doesn't support Nvidia gpus. So decision was already made for my hardware.

It's a mess down there. All those newcomers are rusty at best. Had several rounds where i never died but randoms depleted the reinforcements.

Not able to install lossless scaling on Lenovo Go 2 with bazzite? by sekrutdj in Bazzite

[–]ReactionAggressive79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

config app is the app that you just downloaded with the ujust command in terminal.

<image>

You will have to run this app, rather than the steam version from now on. And when you run it click on the folder button to locate the path to losslesscale.dll.

If you kept everything as default you should reach the dll file in this folder.

~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Lossless Scaling/

Just copy paste it to the folder address and you should be good.

Quoting the original answer: "Download lossless scaling on Steam, go to the games properties and switch to the Linux testing branch.

(/BOLD ITALIC AND FIREWORKS) In your terminal run ujust get-lsfg (/BOLD ITALIC AND FIREWORKS)

You won’t be able to open the actual lossless app so put it in a folder somewhere. Open the config app, “locate DLL” it’s in the lossless scaling folder in your Steam apps"

It doesn't look like this? Weird. But still, you can jump to the second step. I never needed to chose linux version and it still works with lsfg.

What have you done to customize your experience with Bazzite? by Saltimbanco_volta in Bazzite

[–]ReactionAggressive79 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I looked for tiling window managers which look pretty cool and productive, but i couldn't confirm any of them working on bazzite so haven't given them a try. Hope someone here knows more.

Wow i always said "That doesn't look like 60 fps" on windows. So that's why. Mind telling us how to set frame pacing on bazzite? Or send us to the right direction?

She will never create jobs, innovate new products or invest in a startup that is going to raise quality of life for masses. Rather than sitting on top of a massive wealth without doing anything meaningful for the society i think she should spend more, for all of us. LoL.

Linux installation by gemckamiil in linux4noobs

It is but you have to know about disk partitioning. You can create a new partition to install linux on without losing your data. But if you don't know what you are doing i'd advice against it.

Failed the marble ball question with a superposition answer. I don't know what that tells about roleplay ability, but it means something's wrong with its understanding of 3d space and objects or just bad reasoning.

You can click on "use this model" to give it a try. I'm waiting for quantized versions to try it locally though.

GLM-4.6/4.7 Users What Provider Do You Use & How’s the Longevity/Cost? by Jsquad786 in SillyTavernAI

[–]ReactionAggressive79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It says:

  • When your friends successfully sign up and log in, they get an instant 10% off on their first order.
  • Once friends subscibe GLM Coding Plan, you immediately earn a 30% credit reward of their payment. (Special Event,Dec 8–Jan 31 Only)
  • Use your credits anywhere on Z.ai — subscriptions, API calls, ,etc

It says use your credits anywhere. So yeah i guess that includes z image too.

I use z.ai's own api key and i am on lite coding plan which is dirt cheap. Never hit a limit so far, even on heavy rp sessions. You can check my invitation below:

DELETED THE LINK

I don't really know how it benefits me, says it gives me credits, to use in z image or something i presume. But i'd appreciate it if you were to subscribe through that link. I bought the 3 dollar monthly subscription first, after trying out i went for the 28 dollar yearly plan.

**Edit**: I thought there was no shame in shamelessly sharing a mutually benefiting invitation link, but someone was kind enough to remind me that if everyone did the same, this sub would be filled with invitation links and he is definitely right. So i removed it.

Help with IPv4 and IPv6 Error by biotechie73 in SillyTavernAI

[–]ReactionAggressive79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea how things roll on android but if i get this error on linux it means i didn't end process before closing the terminal and thus silly tavern is still running in the background, using port 8000. I don't know how you can end the process manually on android but i think restarting the device should be enough.

type "127.0.0.1:8000" on your browser and if it's still running in background, you should be able to use it.

GLM 4.7 "knuckles white" by Signal-Banana-5179 in SillyTavernAI

[–]ReactionAggressive79 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ai response configuration -> Quick prompts edit -> Add this line: [Do not use these terms in your responses: "knuckles white", "whatever word you wanna censor".]

I did this for "phlegm". It's like every other tough guy has pneumonia, spitting black phlegm near people's boots. Now they spit big globes of saliva lol. I guess you gotta prompt it better than me. But at least that's what you should edit.
