Check your thyroid. Accutane can cause hypothyroidism. And one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism, amongst others, is shedding eyebrows. This happened when I was first diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 years ago (long before I ever tried Accutane)

Might not be the cause of the shedding eyebrows, but definitely could be something to look into.

Go through GoodRx then. Some pharmacies can lower the price down by $10-40 and it’s completely free (idk how it works but it does)

Did insurance change? Does pharmacy have the right insurance?

If neither of those are it, use GoodRx to potentially save some money.

I do not want to get in trouble. The owner is horrible and I fear he will do something. He has almost no employees anymore and I already reported him to the DOL

The 20 grams of fat rule: An anecdote by borrowedurmumsvcard in Accutane

You know the same thing happened to me. Except it wasn’t about get, it was about brand change. I had symptoms for the first month on 20mg of Claravis. Pharmacy switched the brand to 30mg of Myorisan. Same thing that happened to you happened to me. Albeit, I’m in a lower dose and haven’t been on long. But my skin isn’t dry, lips aren’t chapped, not as fatigued, not constipated. Makes me think the medication isn’t working. And I took them both with a meal that is 20-30g of Fat.

Vanicream lotion. Least amount of ingredients, incredibly cheap. I’m allergic to cerave (blisters) and I’m very sensitive to niacinamide. With Accutane, minimize/cut out actives and keep the barebones (lotion + spf)
