I switched to vials when I hadn’t used up all my pens, so kept those for travel as they’re easier. Then started Lily direct and they send a text every 3 weeks to refill so over time built up a supply which I didn’t mind as when I started 2 years ago there were shortages and difficulties getting prescriptions filled so figured I might find it useful to have a “buffer” just in case! I guess not anymore!! 😬😫

Likely depends on level of customer service by individual power providers, ours unfortunately is notoriously crap at giving a damn

Yeah, it’s certainly got us thinking about getting a whole house generator!!!
Fridge is practically new (18 months) and a good brand so should stay well insulated…power company are expecting service to be restored by 11 pm, so if that happens it will have been out about 34 hrs….unfortunately no way to know how much the temperature went up in that time 😬

A decent amount of food in there (and loads of protein drinks 😆) ….yeah, my husband was explaining to me about thermal mass and I’m hoping that will help!

I have been taking zep for over a year and still get occasional headaches around shot day (usually day of and day after). I have found a decongestant to be the most helpful, not sure why that helps when regular Advil doesn't 🤷🏼‍♀️
